This is as close as law permits to the Original Vitamin and Herbal Formula for weight loss introduced in Dallas, Texas, during the early '90s by Royce McCoy under the "Alliance" Marketing group. How soon should I start losing weight? Each individual is different and will start seeing results at different times. Usually you will notice results within one week. Formula 1 will increase your energy the first day! The amount of weight loss reported from our customers varies from 7 to 18 lbs per month. How much should Formula 1 I take?     To determine the best amount of Formula 1 for your body, start with one (1) caplet (if you weigh less than 180 lbs.) approximately 30 minutes before your morning, mid day, and evening meals (for a total of three caplets). If you weigh more than 180 and are trying to lose more than 30 lbs, take two (2) caplets per serving. Do not exceed the recommended amount of two caplets of Formula 1 per serving, for a maximum of 6 caplets per day. In approximately one hour, you should experience an increase in energy and a curbing of your appetite.*  If you do not experience this effect, do not take more Formula 1 until the second indicated serving time.
